Carey Price Returns to Montreal

Habs' Carey Price

Canadiens’ Carey Price only played for 20 minutes while spending the rest of the NHL All-Star game on the bench – having fun with the fans and taking photos.

In short, it wasn’t a difficult evening for Price.

The weekend festivities are now over and Carey Price, like everyone else, is ready to get back to work. The Habs’ netminder is scheduled to arrive in Montreal today to take part in the Canadiens’ afternoon practice in Brossard.

The Montreal Canadiens have three games on the schedule this week, including tomorrow night at the Bell Centre against the Dallas Stars.

Before the All-Star break, the Habs had won their last two games and seven of their last ten games. With 61 points, the team ranks third in the division.

Last night, the Canadiens recalled Christian Thomas from the Hamilton Bulldogs, suggesting that forward Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau may not be fully recovered from his concussion.
