Lars Eller Out 1-2 Weeks

Habs Lars Eller Being Cheered by Fans

The Montreal Canadiens will be without center Lars Eller for a period of one to two weeks.

Eller suffered an upper-body injury during the game against the Chicago Blackhawks last Friday.

In 28 games this season, Eller scored seven goals and four assists, and has a -6 rating.

In his absence, the Habs called up Sven Andrighetto who has made a positive impression so far. The young prospect had a goal in his first NHL game last Saturday and set-up the winning goal by Tomas Plekanec last night in the 3-1 win against the Vancouver Canucks.
